Formula No. 9 — Creativity Spiral Notebook

Creativity = (Imagination + Knowledge) ÷ Fear²

The formula on the cover, your ideas inside. Every page you fill adds to the top of the equation: more imagination, more knowledge. The more you put on the page, the less room fear has.

Why knowledge? Because imagination alone stays in a drawer. To bring an idea to life, you need to know how. I'm always learning: new tools, new techniques, other people, the world, and myself. This notebook is a good place to keep what you learn.

Formula No. 9, The Muse Awakening, comes from The Illustrated Laws of Life, a series of playful formulas for makers, thinkers and overthinkers. Nine is for the nine muses of ancient Greece. Think of this notebook as a place to meet yours.
