REFUND POLICY

Because every item in our store is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Please double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact page with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

European Union customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us via our Contact page to initiate a cancellation.

Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us via our Contact page.
